Refund policy

If your item is defective:


We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us by e-mail at hello@antinomieparfum.com and provide details of the product and the defect. We will then advise you on how to return the product.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. If your return is eligible for a refund, it will not include shipping and handling charges that may appear on the packing slip or invoice.

Once we receive the returned product, we will examine it and notify you by e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, if you are entitled to a refund or exchange due to the defect. If you are entitled to an exchange or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price (depending on the original method of payment). Shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable and refunded amounts will not include the cost of shipping. A maximum of 15 business days after receipt of our email may elapse before you see the refund on your statement.

 

Customers can also return unopened items

1. Returning unopened items:

We accept returns of new, unopened items. You may return unopened items in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase, with a receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Only regularly priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. To track the status of your return, please contact us by e-mail at hello@antinomieparfum.com.

2. Exchanges

We will only exchange merchandise that is defective or damaged. If you consider a product to be faulty, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase by e-mail at hello@antinomieparfum.com and provide details of the product and the fault. We will then advise you on how to return the product.

 

3. Exceptions


Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These items are designated on our website as non-refundable, on sale or part of a final sale.

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the return of your item. We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. You must also prepay shipping and insurance (if applicable) for all returns.

If your return is eligible for a refund, it will not include shipping and handling charges that may appear on the packing slip or invoice.

5. Process

Once we receive your item, we will examine it and notify you by e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or an exchange. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price and apply a credit to the original method of payment. Shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable and refunded amounts will not include the cost of shipping. A maximum of 15 business days after receipt of our email may elapse before you see the refund on your statement. If you are entitled to an exchange, we will ship a new item to the original shipping address.
