ORDER

Can I check or have access to my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your package.

What should I do if I don't receive the order confirmation?

A confirmation email is sent to you automatically within an hour of your order. We invite you to carefully check your spam emails. If you still have not received the confirmation email, contact us at commande@antinomieparfum.com and we will be happy to help you.

How can I modify my order?

Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to modify your order after receiving the confirmation email. If you do not wish to keep your items, it is possible to return them to us (see delivery and returns).

Is the site payment secure?

Of course, the processing of all payments on our site is 100% secure.

What should I do if I do not receive the correct product or if the product is defective?

Products can sometimes be damaged during transport despite all the precautions we try to take every day. In these cases, please excuse us and do not hesitate to contact us by email at commande@antinomieparfum.com while indicating the details of your order as well as a photo of the product/box.

DELIVERY & RETURN

Is delivery free?

ANTINOMIE offers you delivery costs for any purchase of discovery boxes. And offers you free delivery in Metropolitan France from 70€ of purchase. For baskets below this amount, you will contribute with us to the shipping costs. These will be calculated automatically based on your delivery address at the time of shopping cart checkout.

Which country does ANTINOMIE deliver to?

We deliver internationally. This list may change over time depending on the various restrictions linked to the health crisis and other possible bad weather.

Can I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a link to track your package and all stages of delivery.

My tracking number is not working?

This may rarely happen, if so, please accept our apologies for this inconvenience. You can contact us by email at hello@antinomieparfum.com. We will do what is necessary and we will keep you informed as soon as possible.

What is the delivery delay ?

Delivery times for mainland France are between 2 to 4 working days. Please note, this depends on the region in which you live. For the rest of the world, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier chosen.

What is your Exchange and Return Policy?

The return must take place within 14 days of the date of purchase. Returns/exchanges must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, cellophane, etc.) allowing re-marketing in new condition, and accompanied by a copy of the order form for management optimized. Are your products tested on animals?

At ANTINOMIE we do not carry out any tests on animals.

How long can I keep my perfume once opened?

There is no limit on use, the perfume may change slightly over time. The color also changes but without risk with use.

How can I optimize the preservation of my perfume?

Do not leave your perfume in the sun and keep it away from heat.
